It was identified, that the customers, who were buying satcom hardware, in particular, for aircraft installations often was missing a company, who could be their Onboard Service Provider. The company is to provide the complete service of system selection & design based on the customer's need, to complete support from satcom configuration of the satcom aero Local Area Network (LAN) to airtime activation and detailed billing. In addition, special software development for leading edge installations for our VIP customers with special requirements.

Today, Satcom1 services aeronautical VIP, businessjets and governmental aircraft and helicopter owners in more than 45 countries worldwide.
