Single Network Access Code (SNAC) is a communications management tool that enables users to place calls to an Inmarsat terminal using a single access code, eliminating the need to use or memorize individual country or ocean region codes. With Satcom1's 870 SNAC, calls are automatically routed to the ocean region where the Inmarsat terminal is located using Satcom1's Mobility Management system, a continuously updated location database.

How it works
Dialing is easy. Users simply dial 870 followed by the rest of the Inmarsat mobile terminal number.
