Satcom1 partners with a number of installation centres.  Often Satcom1 aeronautical business jet/governmental customers use a prefered installation center. When the installation center is approached by a aircraft customer for a satcom network wish, then Satcom1 gets involved.

If the network is of a more complex character, then often Satcom1 is hired to do the Architecture Study, which the installation centre uses to wire the aircraft and align with customer expectations. Then once installation is wired, Satcom1's Avionics Engineer comes on-site and complete the installation with configuration, validation and possible participate in flight test to ensure connectivity at all banking angles.

The installation centre and Satcom1 together ensures a quality delivery and Satcom1 is merely the subsupplier to the installation center but this partnership makes longterm success with both installation centres and end-users.
