When a aeronautical satcom system has been wired and all network components are installed, Satcom1 Avionics Engineers come on-site and configure, validate and participate in flight test, if requested.

Satcom1 partners with the installation centers, which the aircraft owner uses.

If a satcom system has problems, Satcom1 also have on-site personal to re-configure and get system back up and running.

Satcom1 is independant of hardware manufacture and supports all Inmarsat hardware manufactures;

Chelton, EMS Satcom, Honeywell, Rockwell Collins, Thrane & Thrane and also NAT Seattle network server/routers.
