Satcom1 are often booked direct by the aircraft owner, their crew or their preferred installation center for a troubleshooting mission.

Satcom1 has engineers, who travels around the globe to ensure the satcom network is operating inside the VIP aircraft. The engineers are experts in all Inmarsat satcom hardware from the various manufactures; Chelton, EMS Satcom, Honeywell, Rockwell Collins, Thales or Thrane & Thrane.

By experience the satcom installation can be repaired to the extend it can be completely functionable but often failures are identified, which results in some work at next coming aircraft hangar maintenance.

Today, Satcom1 has several customers, who were not a Satcom1 customer at the time of their call for troubleshooting but they acknowledge the need for Satcom1 as their Onboard Solution Provider and their "office in the sky" needed to be running asap.
