Our consultancy provides complete satellite communication services from system selection, design, airtime service activation, detailed billing to tailormade packages. We offer six types of consultancy services from which we provide complete flexibility. Choose one or mix and match to suit your requirements.

1. Defining the Need: Many years of competence within the satellite communication and avionics industry enables us to provide a service that keeps clients satisfied. A satellite communication installation can quickly become costly and therefore it is essential to make the right decisions from the beginning. Satcom1 offers a sparring service to establish your needs and find the appropriate solution. We can communicate through either a conference call or a personal visit.

2. Architecture Study: In much the same way that one would not start to build a house without an architect’s blueprint, the IT and Telecommunication system of an aircraft requires the guidance of experts ensuring your clients will be satisfied with their on-board communication options.

A typical study will be a 10-20 page document covering 2-3 different solutions including:

  •  The clients requirements
  •  The existing technical solutions for each study
  •  Detailed architecture diagrams
  •  Pros and Cons for each technical solution.

3. Customised software development:  Satcom1 can customise software in relation to AvioIP. We can develop special features for AvioIP as dictated by the clients needs.

5. Configuration:  Our consultants possess extensive knowledge to support with configuration of the hardware, conduct validation and perform troubleshooting of the system.
