Voice Over IP – VoIP Module

The state-of-the-art VoIP application available in AvioIP provides a cost efficient way to ensure quality of service (QoS) via SIP/UMA enabled cell phone calls over SwiftBroadband. The feature provides the possibility to use the QoS capability of SwiftBroadband, implementing efficient support for VoIP/UMA and complex bandwidth sharing. Additionally, this feature uses the QoS channels to provide SIP/UMA call quality only when needed and the background data for signalling data when no voice calls are active. This provides cost effective SIP/UMA connection and calls, and all traffic routing and channel connections are made seamlessly to the user of the SIP/UMA phone.
