Regional BGAN is a wireless packet data service based on Internet Protocol (IP) via satellite offering mobile, high-speed access to the Internet and corporate IT networks using a lightweight, portable Satellite UT (User Terminal). Regional BGAN is an "Always On" service where users are only billed for the amount of data transferred, rather than the time spent on line.
